transport suggestion

The transport mission is not allowed until reaching 10 000 points jut because of that.
Here is the situation. You have two accounts. The first makes a lot of resources and you start new one. You tranpsor all the resoures to the second account and with it you advance in the game very very fast. You build only reseaches and ships and you become very powerful at the lower points. This rule prevents the multi accounting and such "pour" with resources to lower points accounts.
