The real reason is that bulgarian alphabet, the cyrilic, has more symbols than the latin. So many words can be writen by replacement of missing letters with differen ones close as shape, but then you are not shure exacly which word it is....
And the other reason is that the coders are not so free in will, what to be coded, when it comes to project decisions...if it was up to them, may be it would also serve coffee...
