@John-Sheppard the thread you have started was to report a player for administrative check. Do you have any further information in form of FACTs that can be used to further check the player, or you are just speculating about him using your level of expertise in the game.
Because if you have noting more to add, I think that the thread is exhausted and we should close it.
Of course if you have any further info about any other suspicious player you could give us sign to check, but no action would be taken against anyone without proper investigation.

I can, and only from inactives. What about a player who got not only (i)'s in range, but a lot of players too.

so... if the average robbing is 300k resources per attack, with 12 flights (11 radar systems) with a fly about 30 mins one way u can make 3 600 000 resources per hour (30 min + 30min). Then, for 5 hours u make 3,6M x 5 = 18 mln's.
Also, if u crush the last player's fleet, u can take another 6M recycle filed.
