Truman on March 12, 1947, with the help of George Marshall and Dean Acheson, two influencal characters to Truman's biggest acts,he addressed Congress to request $400 million in aid to Greece and Turkey, as well as authorization to send American economic and military advisers to the two countries. The Soviet Union was clearly at the heart of Truman's thoughts, but it was never directly mentioned in his speech. As Truman was attempting to solve Eastern Europe's instability while making sure the spread of communism would not affect nations like Greece and Turkey.
Many people disapproved of the Truman Doctrine, becuase many believed that the United States was not able to handle situation by it self.
The Truman Doctrine represented the hard side of containment policy, while the Marshall Plan constituted the soft side. The declaration of the Truman Doctrine was followed by the end of tripartism (coalition governments that included communists).[/quote]
Разбирам желанието ти да си оригинален, но плана Маршал не е доктрината Труман.Помисли преди да изцепиш някоя глупост.
А процентите, които Роял е споменал са верни, но не са верни на практика.В България са били 80/20, но нека някой каже дали на практика е било вярно.
