The round starts at: 20-21 (GMT +2) 10.01.2012
The round ends on 10-15.05.2012
The winner is the one who have gained the most statistic points.
The same rule applies for the alliance winner.
1. Maximum planets per account:
6 planets
Two type of galaxies conditionaly are formed:
PvE galaxy (Galaxy No. 3) and PvP galaxy (Galaxies No. 2 and 4)
In the PvE galaxy:
- Maximum level mines: 30 Metal, 27 Crystal, 30 Gas - 30 Solar Panels
- Incomes x2
- Basic speed of building (ships, buildings, researches)
- The DeathStar CANNOT destroy a planet in PvE
In the PvP galaxies:
- Maximum level mines: 30 Metal, 27 Crystal, 30 Gas - 30 Solar Panels
- Basic incomes
- Building speed (ships and defense) - x3
- Research speed - basic
- The DeathStar CAN destroy a planet in PvP
1.2 In each galaxy the maximum number of planets per account is 2 (2 in 2, 2 in 3 and 2 in 4)
1.3 Each account starts in 3-rd galaxy
1.4 It's obligatory the second planet (colonised one) to be placed either in 2 or 4 galaxy
1.5 PvP and PvE specifics
- PvE - All flight types with basic flight speed
- PvP - All flight types with basic flight speed, but with x2 cheaper Motivation
- Attack and Pirate flights cannot be performed from PvP to PvE and vice versa
- A new type of mission - Fleetsave -> Obligatory between PvP and PvE planets on STATION flight. The game sets it to 6 hours and it's gas consumption is 500.

- 1 and 5 galaxy are closed till an administrative decision

- Basic in both PvP and PvE
4.1. Ships building speed

5. Specialties
- Additional rule to specialty Constructor - it will affect also the DEFENSE building speed
6. Bank
- No restrictions in using, but only allowed to players with activated Bulfleet General
- Each loan returned from another planet, different from the source one, will take 1 Nanocredit for each 100 000 resource
7. Vacation mode
- 5 Vacation modes per month
- 2 additional modes, when the 5-th is used. They cost 400 Nanocredits each.
- Additional modes after fifth one cannot be activated from distance with an SMS.
8. Protections
- 5 per whole round
- Players on protection can attack only inactive players marked with (i)
- 48 hours cooldown between expired protection and activating a new one
9. Transport
- Only between alliance members and over 5 000 resource points
- Loans and trading between players are forbidden
- Returning a resource from Recycle flight should be done in 24 hours. Otherwise the Pushing rule will be applied to both of them.
10. Alliances
- Minimum members for alliance stats participating - 5
- Cooldown between changing alliances - 4 days
Alliance game-play and a new ship.
Each alliance will have a common planet.
Depending on the daily rate and accumulation of points will appear ships
Ships types: Recycler and Tanker
Number of the fleets is: 100 points generate one Recycler and one Tanker
When Alliance rate reach 100 000 point a new facility Multi shield will appear.
This is defence facility which prevent planet from attack with Death Star.
Rules for usage of fleets from common planet:
Can be use by all members of alliance with rang General, Major or Diplomat.
The resource points of fleets taken from common planet can not exceed
more than 50% of the player resource points.
A player can use max as much ships as he has in his account, and he needs to met the requirements on the current planet.
Player who hold allied ships can not delete his/her account, or any colony.
Only one type of fleets or facility can be use simultaneously.
If the alliance members become less than 5 persons, all alliance fleets are disappear.
11. Trading
- Trading with Race-specified ships is allowed only between players from the same Race
- There's no trading with DS
- There's no gas trading
12. Asteroids
- 400 000 gas on asteroids with time 20-30 min/field
- If their contain is less than 7 000 gas, they disappear
13. Attack range
- x2 statistic points
14. Battle points earning depends on the point difference between both players and its coefficient cannot exceed 3. For example Attacker: 100 000 points, Defender - 300 000 points.
Attacker wins x(300 000 / 100 000) = x3 battle points
Attacker loss, then Defender wins x(100 000 / 300 000) = x0,33 battle points
15. There's no attack only with spy probes, without supporting ships
16. No SMS alert between equal Espionage levels
17. 1 resource point = 1 stats point; 1 battle point = 1 stats point
18. Everyone can use Trade center
19. No special rule for Graviton tech's anymore
20. Speed levels
Hyperspace engines - 15%

21. Ships bonuses
- Scout against DS - x5
- Bomber agains Defense - x3
22. Battleship upgrade per level - 9%
23. Field fighter cargo - 300
24. DS special rule
- If a source planet, which launches an attack with DS is being attacked also with DS, and been destroyed before its attack arrive, then the battle report from the source planet will be blank and there's no chance to destroy the opponents planet aswell. So, only the first one who destroyes a planet in a crossfire attack wins.
25. Motivation
- Until 10% between war alliances - 1 Nanocredit
- Between same players planets - 1 Nanocredit
- Between team mates on TRANSPORT - 1 Nanocredit
26. Gas mines over 15 level DO NOT use Energy, but need it to be built.
27. (i)'s resource - 100 000, but after that the income is restored
28. An options which allows to move a planet to a certain coordinates which are free
- The planet should not have any incoming or outgoing flights
- One planet can be moved 2 times per round
- All moves allowed - 12 (it means max 6 planet - 2 times each)
- Planet from PvE cannot be moved to PvP and vice versa
29. New option will be also a chat channel. Publishing messages will cost 10 nano for one day and 50 nano for 7 days. Abusive messages will cause an account ban.
30. Final battles are forbidden. The ones who wants to suspend their playing should contact the administration to make a battle with it.
31. Temporary account change is forbidden.
32. Taking a recycle field for yourself, when you have send the Recycle flight before the battle is performed is forbidden and will cause a ban.
33. When the final stats is taken, all accounts without planets or punished ones will be excluded
34. When two attacks arrives at an exact second, the first one who will be performed will be the first one who have been sent.
35. New ship - Terk
Purpose - detection and destruction of all types of ships being built at the Shipsyard. Disadvantage - can not detect and destroy satellites and Deathstars. With all other ships it fights following the established order. Can also be used independently on the espionage mission, it can not be detected and destroyed. Scans and makes a report, of ships under construction in the shipyard, the chances of success depend on the level of espionage. Sent on a pirate mission as a separate attack fleet, it will fight only with ships under construction and defending terk ships on planet. Sent a group of other ships involved in combat on a general basis without attacking under construction fleet.

36. Insulting a player to recieve a vacation mode will be checked and further banned with allowed attacks.
37. When there are 7 days until the end of the round, it will become forbidden to change the account owner.
