That table you are talking about is probably the list for insults, which is easy to understand even if you don't know the language.

For the forum - registration isn't something you can't do - you may look for example on another IPB Board to see what are the field descroption saying After registering, there is a drop-down button at the lower left corner of the page

EDIT : I can answer for the 19-20-21 hour on the second day for sure :
At 22:00 you have 19 hours, last of which is counted by the game at 21:50 - 22:50. The next hour should be 22:50 - 23:50 - so you probably logged a little before 23:50, so it counts another hour. And after that time - it started counting the 21st one.

Where are you come from? If in 23:50 it said 20 hours online, it wouldn't be a problem. Maybe you have another one. But I'm not sure if it is possible. The times might be detected from the server time (in Bulgaria). So midnight isn't midnight everywhere, and the clock wasn't shown zero.

The rule for 20 hours has period of validity 1 month. During that month (form the day of punishment) if you broke the rule you will recieve harder and harder punishment. So my advice is to play wise, and to make sure, you live helathy and have a good sleep. That rule is not a way to make players unhappy. It was introduced with reason. So do not be mad on it. Just obey it, the rule is for good.
