Alliance problems

My alliance has only two people in it. My friend in my alliance has recieved the blue screen of death. Can i attack him so that i get his resources instead of others in our universe? Or is attacking between alliances forbidden?

Blue screen of death? Are you talking about a vacation? If you are then nobody will be able to attack him until he becomes inactive (i). And no - attacks between members of an alliance are allowed.

no i mean his computer continually restarts itself after his screen turns blue. its a computer problem not a bulfleet problem. it just makes it so he cant even get to his desktop to get on the internet.

He can always log in from another computer. And if that is the problem, you can attack him anytime you want.

he has no other way of getting on bulfleet. no other computers. thanx for the help.

The best way is to set his account in vacation mode. So when he is ready with computer he will play again with you.

Unfortunately he isnt a general. not allowed to spend money. so he cant get into vacation mode. itll just be for a while though because hes already getting it fixed.
