He says "Hi" to you and would you except him in your alliance. He knows that he hasn't got many points, but he's already played WORLD 1 (I don't know why he writes "world", not universe), with 6 planets, knows a lot about the game, and he got more than 100 000 WEAPON and 20 000 experience. - (I still don't get what the hell he's talking about...)

Seems like the guy comes straight from KhanWars, another game of XS Software. That could explain why the worlds, the experience and the weapon stuff.

Also, your second post's meaning is that he wants to send him resources ( 1000 of type), which (as far as I remember, is impossible).
