1.Galaxy count – 5 (five)

4. Changes in the Terteths – a new bonus is added to the existing ones – 15% cheaper buildings

Accelerations: Resources gathering – base for the game X 3Maximal levels of the sources of metal, crystal and gas – 21 level.Buildings – time needed for the building process – twice the speed of the conventional universeFleet manufacturing (ships) – time needed for producing a fleet x 2 (two times faster than the conventional universe)Researches – time needed for a research x 2 (twice faster than the conventional universe)6. 10. Vacancy mode – only 5 (five) vacancy mode are allowed for 30 days. Each time you want to activate the Vacancy Mode, a check is made and if you already activated 5 (five) times this mode (irregardless of the method of activation – trough the game, free for 48 hours or sending SMS code) you won’t be allowed to activate it again. Each player can see in his own menu how many times and exactly when he has used the mode in the last 30 days.

Alliances – minimum 5 (five) members in order the alliance to participate in the rankings and using it’s alliance points.Conditions of transportation in the Alliance (only between members of the same Alliance):Required individual coefficient of an account for transportation in the alliance – 100,000 player resources pointsRequired coefficient of the alliance for transportation between it’s members – 100,000 alliance points15. Trading – you can’t trade Gas for other resources.

16. Trading race ships in UNIVERSE SPEED IS ALLOWED, but only if you are buying a ship, which your race can produce. This means that the Noxis can buy Speeders, but not Megatons or Tankers. Trading Deathstars is FORBIDDEN!

17. Attacks:attacks with spy probes are not allowedmission of type “Attack” is the first in the selection boxattacking yourself won’t give you battle points18. In the report from a Spy flight there is a button “Simulate”. After using this button, you are being redirected to the Battle Simulator and all you have to do is fill in the data of the Attacker.

19. The Military reports in Universe 1, 3 and SPEED can be saved on your PCs simply by using File > Save As … After that the saved .html file is ready to be viewed without making any additional changes.

26. Punishment for “babysitting”:for the first time – 24 hoursfor the second time – 7 daysfor the third time – until the end of the round with allowed attacks!27. Punishment for multiaccounting – until the end of the round with allowed attacks (the accounts found guilty, have 24 hours for explanation, during that period they are highlighted in orange)

28. The coefficient for attack over 150,000 points is no longer active. Only the coefficient of 500,000 is left here, but it will be determined by the points in the RANKING, and not from the resource points. This means that every player that has passed the limit of 500,000 points in the official ranking, can be attacked from every player over 10,000 points (again points in the ranking, not resource ones).
