is there a way that i can switch a fleet to a diferent one of my planets?

like if i have 50FF's on one of my planets, can i switch my 50FF's to my other planet? and if not there should.

Use the STATION mission.

thanks! and i did it ~once~ and when my fleet got there, there were no ships. and no battle report.

and is there a way that i can use she station fleet and use it on one of my friends? so he can have some of my ships? ir is it banned?
