Limit on ship market

Is there a limit on how many ships you can have listed on the ship market? I am trying to add some bombers but keep getting told the

Offer not added. You can not offer ships at a price, which differs more than 20% from the base by a summed total resource. You have to submit at least 5 ships on the market.

I am trying to add 8 bombers at 50,000, 25000, 15000. I have 20 listings currently

Yes, you can have only 20 offers on the ship market

Thank you for that answer. Another quick question do the resources dump 48 hours after the sale or 48 hours after they are available for withdraw? (thus 72 hours after sale)

after the sale,but you can take the res after 24 hour .......... but the seller gets his resources with a 24-hours delay. If you don’t redeem your offer, after a 48-hour period the game automatically delivers the resources at the planet, where the offer is activated.
