The status board says on the Overview screen:

Race: Terteth, More information; Online: 19 playhours today.

Can i still login for the next hour?

If i login, i won't violate the 20 hours rule?


However, if i do violate accidentally (meaning i got online for the next 2 more hours), first offense is just a warning, right?

It depends ... You should logg off before XX:50 hours after the 50 minutes it counts another hour ! So logg off about XX:48/49 ! If the timer shows 20 hours - that means that you have already violated the rules (exceeded the time limit) and you are about to be punished ! With the according punishment (or warning)
