How can so many spy planes be sent?

He just navigates them from the fleet sending menu ... You choose 1 Spy probe - choose Mission Spy ... fill in the coordinates and click "Send Fleet" ... And he sends one gives back changes the coordinates and again "Send Fleet" - as simple as that ... though I doubt that he could do it in less then one second but still ... The only reasonable explanation

And i have other explanation- some players may know Bulfleet better than other, and may be, just may me have more skills and guts to play.
