Galactic Clock

Simple request. Can we get a digital clock, displaying the galactic time, somewhere that is present on all pages?

Infinitely useful for planning for defense, attacks, astropolation, research, building, etc etc.

good idea(if they will find a place where to put it)but it should have a time map(ex +2:00 Eastern Europe,-4:00 Atlantic Time)

I think it should be in some wierd format. like this is an outerspace game so what are the chances thet anyone is going to base there time from a part of a planet 100,000,000 light years away.

ideas:
1.)it should still be 24-hour based for userfriendlyness.
2.)could use roman symbols
3.)could use dots(+++user friendlyness)like the taly system only based off 6's insted of 5's. arange them like on dice, and after 6 comes dots with an open space. so like open dot + closed dot + closed dot =8
4.)have a normal clock next to it in [brackets]

it could go in the little space between "Navigation" and the flags.
