missing fleet

My fleet have just landed . i have the resource but all my ships are missing. can i have them back please?

i have been told to contact support.bulfleet etc. surely they know and need to restore from a back up otherwise it is completely unfair on all of us that have had this problem. currently im not playing as i have no ships etc, so im being attacked and my resource is all but stolen. apparently its a known bug... well fix it then!!!!!!!!!!!! what is the point in reporting this if it doesnt get fixed?!
please sort this out quickly i was just about to take the Nazis out once and for all. think i'll find a better game with less bugs that doesnt require all my life.
