Can someone tell me who or what TISHO is?
There are a lot of players with Tisho in their name.

In which uneverse? I found a couple of Tisho's in uni1. They might be multiaccounters so you should report them. Anyway, Tisho's a common name in Bulgaria, so it isn't sure if they're really one and the same person.

Tisho isn't common here in the USA, so I was confused.

In Universe 1, Galaxy 4, Zone 200 we have Tisho, Tisho80, Tishodent and maybe one I forgot.

A couple of them are inactive, zero point accounts, so if they are multi accounting, I don't think they're doing to cheat.
