trading metal for gas

how come you can no longer trade crystal, metals for gas? back about a year ago i know you could so why the change. Cause theoryitcally (spelled that wrong) you can boil/heat metals and crystals to make a gas. so why not be able to in this game?


I just read where it was taken out in universe 1. I quess my question is why was it taken out? and is there ne chance that in the future it will be reinstated so that we can exchange gas for crystals/metal?

But, Boiling (Vaporizing) metals or crystals into a Gas does not provide the type of gas from which Rocket Fuels are made.
High Tech Rocket Fuels need Oxygen and Hydrogen, and probably some cool stuff only found in Asteroids.

And while some rocks contain Oxygen, the amounts are not worth the effort.
Most Metals turn solid as soon as you quit boiling them, and Boiling them requires Either lots of Electricity or Gas.

You can TRADE Metals or Crystals on the Market Page, and Get Gas.
You just can't trade Gas to get Metals or Crystals.
