everybody says to write the help desk however i wrote them 2-3 days ago now about a situation i had and i still haven't recieved a response back from them so what happen there? they say they will send me a email to my email account which i had given them but no responce yet I'm giving them a couple more days i quess cause i fiqured they might be a little busy
