May I have My fleet bag ?

I want to ask, May I have my fleet back, because the server was reloaded and even don't have the server access around 3 hours, I saw that some one attacks me, but then the server was lost , not responding for around as i said 3 hours ... and then here is the result: http://hard2.bulfleet.com/doklad.php?id=2646104

So, this is the main reason I ask, may I get my fleet back, I save all the time but the problem was not on me ....
