1) Please can someone tell me why occasionally i cannot attack anyone until a certain time? I presume this is a problem with server or something as has happened before but the last two times i have had no information and no notice (last saturday 9th was the last time) . Is this because it isnt possible or is it that noone is telling me? If something hapens to me as im asleep and couldnt fleetsave like i was going to can i get compensation, ie ships and defence?
2) None of the guides as i write this are currently available to write to as they are all on holiday or inactive? Whats that about? why call them guides if they are not?
