on some of the pages when i load them, it loads it up to 90-95% complete but then the last 5-10% takes up to 30 seconds to a min to finish loading, it wouldn't be that big of a deal however the page stays blank for that entire period and its more annoying then anything else. I was wondering if ne body else had experienced this promblem and how did they fix it? I'm currently running firefox, i had internet explorer up as well but it did the same thing. Ne suggestions on how to fix this?
thx ahead of time edgeblade

Go into Options and set the games theme to Reloaded Blue.
The "Reloaded" Graphics are a little less polished looking, so the files're probably a bit smaller.
I use the Reloaded Blue, simply because it puts Lines Between your Fleets on the Overview.
That makes it easier for me to tell which Fleets are Coming and Which are Going.
The game also has an option to change the Graphics Storage Location.
But, alas, there is no official Graphics Pack to download.
I believe Xepa has said there are some users who have created their own Graphics Packs.
Unfortunately, if there are, they're on the Cyrillic speaking side of the Boards.
Maybe you need a Bigger Cache File. Look at the Cache Settings on FireFox or IE.
There are also some FireFox Add-Ons that allow you to disable Graphics on a WebPage.
They let you choose which Graphics are disabled. So you could choose to disable the Planet Photo.
It could also be a network issue.
I'm in Kentucky and I have Broadband, so I usually have decent load times.

There is a serious slow down with the Google analytics page which is being loaded on every single click on the game menus.
I got frustrated about it and blocked it with a small Mozilla FF add-on called Block Site, as there is no integrated in the option browser to block website content.
You can also block the two counters on the page: cnt.bg and tyxo.bg. The problem comes on loading their images, so I'd suggest you blocking them with the Add Block Plus add-on.
I know this is Mozilla FF solution, but I'm using it and I'm trying not to play on other browsers...
Hope this can help you.
Cheers.
P.S @Ulf, I wouldn't recommend you to use Cache on Bulfleet cause there are various problems with the cached pages.
