Resources Produce Confuse
After building Mines, reallocating robots or research energy system, you have to click twice on the building tab to activate the building, etc... on every planet... this issue is known from the very beginning of the game...
edit: and you will soon see huge amount of attacks coming towards your planets because you posted everything the sharks reading the forum need to know
