Report play who I belive is hacking

ok here a is eather a bug or a hacker. someone sent in 12 ships to battle with my 15 seperior ships. Well I lost the battle and only 2 ship of mine where destoried. really do not know how he did it but there is no way I should loose with 90% of my ship still there. Can someone help me find a way to report this hacker/bug.
