Game locks up!!!

This is a real bug; I am experiencing this issue too. I've issolated it to when the server is attempting to generate a message for you.

When I send or get probes inbound, when the message generates, or supposed too the whole browser locks forcing a re-log.

This is extremely unfortunate when you are being invaded and the attacker is sending probe after probe after probe, preventing you from escaping. This happened to me last night. I lost every ship to this bug.....


Can a admin PLEASE look into this, I donate money every week to this game....

Bad bad.. I have same problem .. the error is a bit extensive. I have changed browsers, changed security settings, changed many things to no avail. "Fix it yourself" is the only answer I get from Admins, so soon I tell this game to shove it.

I had the same problem in Firefox2 but I recently got IE7 and downloaded Firefox 3 beta2 and everything is fine :/

Hrm, switched to Firefox beta and seems to be working now TY =)

Personally... I think pages in universe 2 even load as much as 50% faster with the firefox beta lol

strange, i never seen firefox freezing and locking up except on a new vista installation while entering
a website that uses newer java then the installed firefox.
It could happen that maybe a new firefox also produces this on other operating systems,

If that would be your problem, try updating your java before entering this site,
(don't forget to reboot your computer after installing the new java to be sure.)

Im 99.99999% sure this game does NOT use Java.... whatsoever...

Javascript & Java are NOT the same thing....

Try clearing your cache, disabling addons, etc. If that doesn't work, try firefox beta 2... It installs as a separate browser so if it doesnt work, remove it and your firefox 2 install will remain unaffected.
