Problem fixed .. woot!
Next problem.. I have 2 levels of Robot Factory, but I have 0 robots.... please explain.

Try assigning the robots to a mine. If you have robots, even if the aren't shown by the counter, it should work.
If you assign too many, the Robots Counter will turn red and show a negative amount of robots.

so just use the right amount and it works.
