3 bugs, 1 very important!

First, I sent 2 sms's in order to receive nanocredits, and that's 3 days ago, 17.01.08 @ 16:23 and at 21:05 from 2 different operators, vodafone and cosmote.
I never received the nanocredits and the operators taxed me for the messages. I send 4 messages using the contact online form without recevind any answer.

Second, if I want to sent a fleet to my own planet (recycle for example), he estimated time and resources are not calculated. I used to play this game one year ago, I don't know if this is a feature or a bug but it seems like a bug, the time should be calculated without problems.

Third, I have a level 2 trade center and even if the prices are shown, I cannot sell gas, the option to select gas from the sell field isn't present, I can only sell metal and crystals. Again, I don't know if this is a feature or a bug but it seems like a bug.

1. About the nanocredits you should ask hereif you want to get a reply faster.
2.I don't think you can send a fleet to your planet (I mean from planet A to planet A, but if you have a colony (planet B) you can send a fleet from planet B to planet A and vice-versa.)
3.Gas cannot be sold in all playing universes, check if it's allowed to trade gas in the universe you're playing.

2) Yes, you can recycle your own coordinates... from planet A to planet A... the time is always 15 minutes one way regardless of speed researches or type of ship (recycle/tanker). This type of mission DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT have any gas consumption.

When you recycle your own coordinates, the time is constant for Recyclers and Tankers. The difference between base speeds does not apply. Same goes for the speed researches.

EDIT: this feature is the basic defense system for pirate missions if you see one coming, so make sure you have enough recyclers/tankers to load all your resources planet side and leave the rest of the ships standing because they will not interfere in a pirate mission

3) Only in universe 1 you cannot sell gas for other 2 resources... is a feature, not a bug.

Yep I know but the customer and specially paying customer service should be their top priority.
And there are almost 4 days...

And today it's tuesday 22, I sent the SMS's on 17th, 5 days.

Does anyone knows what happened with xepa because she did log in since 15th of january and she's the one answering the emails.

Actually that's why I don't send SMSs often, there are a lot of problems with the game and I think the developers actually deserve that money.
BTW Xepa is female.
