the only way to do this is to attack your colony, in this way you will get 1/2 of the resources if you have space enough. Other way is to station the fleet fill it up and send them either with transport, either with new station get them back

what you can do is "station" your cargos on your colony. when they get there do the same thing back to your main planet with the colonies resources.
