I've paid for a pincode but cant put it in because of an error.

"Error occured. Please check the pincode again and input it here."
I've checked and rechecked the code and its the correct one

It asks for the pincode and account name and universe.

What i don't understand is what is my "account name",
i've tried with my login name - didn't work
i've tried with my planet name - didn't work
So my question is what is my "account name"

My login is Garf
My Planet is called SuperSuomi [1:42:1]

I'm a noobie at this game but have never had this problem before.
Please help!

please tell me the Universe you are currently playing in, and what system are you using when trying to buy nanocredits?

P.S. Your account name must be the same as your login username.
