Max playtime per day for Non Bulfleet Generals?

As the subject heading says, what is the max playtime for non Bulfleet generals? (without incurring some form of warning / punishment)

Also, what are the punishments? I often see the same names being warned over and over again...

For everyone max playtime is 20 hours per day. This is a main rule, it not depend from your General status.

1 violation - official warning.
2 violation - 48 hours with no attack allowed.
3 violation = babysitting = 10 days with attack allowed.

when you are "punished" you cannot do anything in the game.. it is like being in vacation mode...

you are probably not being able to attack today as there was some problem with universe 3 and the attacks and pirate flights are not allowed until 12am server time on 05.01.2008...
