How do you view your bonuses and production rates?

Hey all,

I recently found a page that showed me all of the base stats of my mines, energy rates, and production bonuses (i.e. energy systems). However, I can't find that page again. Does anyone know the page I am referring to and how to get there?

PS It was set up in columns and rows, I believe.
