ok It's not so hard :D The rules I mean-the game is strategy and requires much spare time,but that's off the point. First,you should build mines. Each level up increases your resource income and requires energy in order to be build. Energy can be gathered from solar panels. So early game you should build mines and solar panels... Remember that after you have gone after 100 points,everyone in range (2.5 * points) can attack you,so care. You should build some fleet or defence for that purpose... And many other things-just look at the other topics of the forum for help!
