Fleets and Deleting Planets, Making Colonies

Case 1: I have a station Mission from Colony 1 back to Homeworld. During the Ships are on the way to Homeworld, I delete the Colony. What will happen to the ships on Station Mission?

Case 2: I send a colony ship for mission colony. Can I send Colony Ship + Normal Ships on Mission Colony so the time colony is made, already whole fleet is there?

1)The misson will be succesful- the ships will arrive in Homerworld as healthy as ever
2)You can only send Coloniy ship, and no other ships, on Colony mission.

You can however send your colony ship and adjust the speed of your fleet to arrived very shortly after your colony is established. Takes up two fleet spots but accomplishes what you are after.

Think first.....he can't send the fleet before there's a planet colonized....

To acquire a new planet you need a colony ship. Shipyard level 2 and Jet systems level 3 are necessary for this. You can only colonize a free position in a system. You cannot capture an existing planet.
