Time until enough resources 2 build

last night, it said i had 2 wait 1 hours 40 until i could build a shipyard. i went on this morning and it said i had to wait 1 hours 40

AND I'VE JUST LOGGED ON AND IT SAYS I HAVE 2 WAIT 1 HOURS 40 UNTIL I COULD BUILD!

WHATS HAPPENING!

You don't have gas mine so you can't dig the needed gas-resource or you are using opera browser

In which case you just need to Refresh the page using Ctrl +F5 button and afterwards to forbid caching of the pages.
