Punished Players

Just curious but what reason(s) would a player be highlighted in yellow to indicate that they are a punished player and does it mean that they are open for attack?

Players get punished for multiple things. Eg sending abusive messages, mulit accounting etc. these players have there accounts suspended for an amount of time and are NOT open for attack. If however they stay inactive for 15 days then they will become inactive and players are able to attack them. 20 days for bf general i think it is.

in addition, there have players played more than 20hours per day, first time just warn, second time highlight yellow
