Do you mean like a teleportation kinda effort that instantly sends resources between your planets?

If thats what you mean then i like the sound of it! But i think they should keep the Cargo Runs also, and charge 'X' amount for using the teleportation thingy

I don't think I like this idea this would mean that if you attacked a planet that was overloaded with resources then the person could still just move them out of the way. The only way this should be able to work would be with a large cost to moving them say 10-15 %lost in transport.

How would getting resource loans from the bank apply in this situation?

come on think about it

first take resource from bank where you need it and then return the loan from the colony you would transport from. yes you pay 5% intrest but its instant transport. i cannot belive people not think of it. not rocket science
