Could we have a "Off Topic" Section like in the Bulgarian Section General Discussion is more for Game Reletaed issues, Try and get a bit of Community going for us Non Speaking Bulgarian

Advertising alliances. That is something forbidden and punishable in the Bulgarian language area. But in the international area wwe tolerate it considering the difficulties the non-Bulgarians have with the language barrier.
