I see where the misunderstanding is. After a restart the old accounts with the old passwords remain so you do not need to register a new account. However somehow you failed to log in in your primary account and created a second one. nathangsm will be deleted, Shokanshi will be set into vacation mode.
As for the language - the last few days I have checked over 2 000 accounts, I am sorry to admit that a considerable part of them were multiaccounters. Something that makes me sick and upset. Your case was just "oh, just another cheater is making fuss". Sorry if you feel offended.
