Bulfleet Widget

Noticing that some options available only to Generals make the game a little easier to play (if you pay for them with real dollars), I decided to try the widget to see if it adds anything to the way I play the game. Yet, I can't seem to get it to work. I've downloaded and installed Yahoo's engine, and Bulfleet's widget program, then activated the widget by clicking one of the links, but still no widget. It continues to give me the box that says I need to choose a program associated with the widget, yet the current information (in English) is inadequate. Hence, I'm left with the assumption that I'm not doing something right or simply do not understand how it is supposed to work. If someone knows how to get the widget correctly installed, would you please provide the steps required, in a 1.. 2.. 3.. format? In addition, can someone provide instructions on how it is supposed to work? Thanks.
