Robot Factory building time reduction?

I don't know how to calculate it, but I can tell you that when I went from Robot Factory level 9 to level 10, the time to build a Terteth Factory went from 115 hours to 100 hours.

Add 1 to the current coefficient in the factory, multiply this number by the current time, then add 1 to the new coefficient and divide the previous number by it.

Example:
L15 Metal mine=2H 00m 03s
L4 Robot factory (1.6)

7203* 2.6: 3= 6243s~ 1H 43Min

It works perfectly with the other two races. For terteths you add 1 again, so you have to add 2 to the factory coefficient. The same applies to shipyard of the confederacy race.

Standard formula:
Coefficient in RF+1+Terteth Factory coefficient

Terteths:
Coefficient in RF+1+1+Terteth Factory coefficient

example:

Noxis and Confederation:
300*2:(0.4+1)=428h 55m or so

Terteths:
300*2:(0.4+1+1)=250h
