Why I am punnished?
This is in Universe 3. When you log in, the first page shows the warned accounts, and it looks like they warned you two days in a row that you played 21 hours (the maximum allowed is 20 hours). Maybe they didn't warn you personally, but it's there on the front page when you log in. I think that must be why they punished you.
I would contact the admins in-game and say you're very sorry and can you please play again. After that, watch the clock that is on the Overview page. It tells you how many hours you've played. As far as I can tell, if you log in even once inside any hour (i.e. 04:xx, 09:xx, 14:xx), that counts as an hour. So 20 hours doesn't mean 20 continuous hours of play.
