How do i delete a planet

Hello,
How do i delete a planet on Romfleet? I have tried, but no email, it is not working at all.

In menu OPTIONS up.There is whriting how to do it

I know where i can find it, but it is not working. No change in the window, no email received.

What more i have to do?
This is what i am doing: go to options, select the planet i want to delete put the email address and the password and save it. Nothing is happening.

If you didn't receive e-mail with deletion code first you should check your junk mail folders. Sometimes it happens that messages from Bulfleet go directly to the trash can. If there is no such message anyway, you can use the Support option available here:

Then to describe your problem in details. The support request message should be received and checked by a game admin. He would know what to do.
