Issue with SMS messages

I have a bulfleet general account, had a friend of mine send a spy probe to my planet (his espionage is lower than mine), to test out the whole sms messaging thing. I didnt receive anything from it. I had him send a cargo ship to attack me, and still did not get anything. I sent an e-mail to the sms address I put into bulfleet, and it went right to my cell phone. So I know the address I entered was correct. Any ideas? (thanks in advanced)

Are you in Bulgaria? I believe it works only in Bulgaria. Outside of Bulgaria, you can have it send you an email instead of an SMS.

hurm...aight, ill try something else. wonder why it wouldnt work, im in the usa, and I know sprint has sms setup as an e-mail...if someone sends an e-mail to [email protected], sprint auto converts it to an sms message and forwards it off to the wireless device.

hurm, well I still cant seem to get the sms to work correctly. I even tried just putting in an e-mail address to see if it would send out an e-mail when attacked, and I dont even receive that.

So far I have used the address of my cell phone and it doesnt receive any sms messages from bulfleet.
at the advice of above, I changed my sms address to an e-mail address, and still have not received anything.

Hmmm. The issue with the e-mails is very strange, cause it always should send u an e-mail when ur attacked and u fit the requirements for sms alert. Maybe u should check the junk e-mail folders of ur mail box?

Btw I'm not sure if the SMS alert service can be used everywhere outside of Bulgaria, but definitely u should get an e-mail when you enter correct address

I've tried 3 differant e-mails, and had my friends just send a ship to attack me, they say on their screen it says "ship was detected, sms message sent" but I never receive an e-mail or anything.
