No Mines Are Gaining Resources after Vacation Mode

All 5 of my planets have not gained any resources since I came out of vacation mode over 6 hours ago. I have refreshed the pages multiple times and all gone to government page, but they all still have the same resources as when my vacation mode ended, please help

You have to refresh the buildings page, and than government page.

Thanks, you and another member of my Alliance let me know that and it has fixed the problem. But how is a player suppose to know to do that? I just lost 7hrs worth of production on 5 planets....that won't be replaced for something I can't find posted anywhere in FAQ or rules...

It's a online game. All is connected to refreshing pages. A newbie can ask in the forum or the guides in the game.

So you are saying everyone should know that three seperate pages need to be visited and refreshed in order for your mines to work again...you are insulting

Eh, don't get mad, man; I'm sure TeRMiNaTe did not mean to insult you. Most of us find these things out the hard way.

It is a quirk in the code that you have to refresh. After all, the database is back on the server. When you come out of vacation mode, that should automatically trigger your mines to start producing again. But the game is the way it is.

I am not mad, it is a game and nothing in it makes me mad lol....frustrated sometimes, but never mad. But at least your reply is much more polite and helpful, instead of making refrenses to someone being a noob because they don't know something that seems to be a bug in the first place. I've been playing Bulfleet in Universe 3 for over a year and thru 3 rounds and I was not aware of this as this is the first time I have been Bulfleet General and had any need of vacation mode

Hey, hold on for a second... I didn't make any refrenses to someone being a noob. I just said how to get info if you are new in the game, or need some answers.
