There is almost no help available for english-speaking players that gives detailed descriptions of the mechanics of playing Bulfleet. What is available in the forums is disorganized and difficult to use. This game needs a well-written, comprehensive help file for English-speaking users (I can't speak for those that speak Bulgarian); after playing for a month, I still can't find a detailed step-by-step description of how to use recyclers (for example), and there does not seem to be any information available in an easily understandable format that shows how upgrades affect ship strength and satellite strength.

Please don't be discouraged. I don't think the Bulgarian players have it any better. There is a Bulfleet manual in PDF format, and it's in English, but it just describes what the different menus do, most of which is self-evident.
For the rest, especially about strategy, it's a treasure hunt through the forum. I've been playing for about a month too (since June 1), and most of what I know I've learned here in the forum or through experience in the game.
If you want to use your recyclers to mine asteroids, search the forum for "astroploitation."
For upgrades, if you click on the resource picture, it will tell you how much it affects attack/power or defense/structure. For example, the research of shield and the research of ship armor each add 5% per level to all structures. So if you have shields level 8 and armor level 6, your structure is 70% more than the base.

I used a doc to pdf converter but for an unknown reason the black background diseappeared so now the look is really crappy, please don't complain about it
Am open to Corrections / Suggestions, just let's me know what you think of under this message and I'll add / edit that stuff in the upcoming versions
