Known issues

1. Q: I cannot log in!
A: Check carefully how you type your username and rassword and retype them. Ask for your password via "Forgotten pasword". If it still does not work, delete your Cookies from Tools->Internet Options->Delete Cookies (Clear Private Data). Close your browser and start it again.

2. Q: My mines do not work!
A: If you`ve been on vacation mode (willingly or unwillingly) you need to go through all your planets and visit the Buildings menu.

3. Q: Is the server down?
A: Go to Start->Run, type cmd and press Enter. Type tracert www.bulfleet.com and press Enter. Where the astericks appear, there the connection to the server is broken. If the server is really down, there will be a message. If you have suufered loses during this period, send your military reports and the damage done to support.bulfleet.com as you do not forget to write down correctly ypur username, coordinates and Universe.

4.Q: I have negative energy!
A: If you had satellites and they are broken, your enerrgy goes negative. That does not hinder your mines but it renders you unable to research and upgrade ships. The other known issue is with crystal mine level 11 which costs more energy than it`s wriiten in the Buildings menu.

I don't know if this can be called a bug, but i'm reporting it. i started to play bulfleet 30 mins ago(or so) and while was reading the "Fleets" section i noticed some gramatical errors.

Transport and Attack to other players is NOT possible, when your points are 2.5 times less ot greater than the points of the player, to whom you are trying to send resource or attack.
