miner ability??

i recently heard about a miner ability. i was told it is under premium on the left side under specialites. i am bulfleet general and dont see anything anywhere about this. ive clicked every english link and to no avail. am i blind? does this exist?

i looked there there is nothing there of the sorts. i looked at both premiums.

i cant click on either premium.

is this not available in uni 2?

That might be a Uni 3 thing only. I understand the four universes all have small differences. The "specialties" menu would be after the "transfer" menu.

Maybe when the Universe is restarted, this premium will be introduced.
