server issues still?

are there still server issues because it seems now i can login but i make 2 or 3 clicks on links and it craps out.

Yea, seems there is server issues or something again....I've been attempting to log-in for about 40 minutes now myself and keep getting this message:

Server busy, please try again in few minutes.

Load now: 20. Must be under 10.

It gets pretty frustrating when you are trying to check on your fleet to make sure no ones attacking you, and you can't even log-in in the same amount of time someone could easily attack your stationary fleet sitting at your planet
