HELP Please!!! Production problems on my 5 Colonies

This has been my Government screen for about 48hrs now.....some don't even show my allocated robots that are there or give the bonus either!!

Energy systems 30% 30% 30% 0
Used energy 1636
Energy income 173
Only from satellites 0
Balans 1809

Storage capacity 250000 250000 250000

Now look at my basic income amounts for each resource, as well as my energy systems research amounts (30%), as well as robots installed....now look at my totals!!!! There like less then the basic incomes themselves, what's going on with this cause it's totally killing me for production and I should have far more resources on all my planets in the last 48hrs then I've actually recieved...HELP please!!!

As far as I know, the administration has removed a bug which was increasing the production of the mines. So now the mines are producing correctly.

Well, as you can see my problem is not too much production from mines, it's not enough
