Buildings Trouble

When i go to build a Building I know I have all the resources to buidl them, But when it says Ready => I click it and it still says Null Level, Why is this????

Please, refresh the page. If it does not work, please, check your browser settings concerning the cache memory. If it still does not work, every time you want your info adequate, press simultaneously Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard.
