No, there are no chances of getting a Deathstar. There are some hard work and careful planning. Gathering 300 000 units of energy on a single planet with high level research centre is not an easy thing - depending on your race that means over 5000 or 6000 satellites for a position 1 planet. And the satellites are fragile and vulnarable to attack.
